Dadgum it!!!!

I am up 1.6 this week. I am at my wits' end about how to break out of this weird hover pattern that I've been in for about 6 weeks. I've been dancing around these couple of pounds, here, there, everywhere..............

So after some discussion with my leader, here's what I'm going to do: Saturday, I'm going to have a blowout meal. One meal where I enjoy whatever I want, hang the points, and then get on track and out of a rut (which was the topic of our discussion tonight).

Saturday, I had already planned to take Maddox to PetSmart for a bath. So for lunch, I will head to Sticky Fingers for some DELICIOUS barbeque (might even have ribs, yes, Lord, please!) and enjoy it to my heart's (and stomach's) content. And then that evening, back on track.

We'll see how it goes.

But note this: I am nowhere NEAR the point of giving up. I'm too close, and I have just a little to go. I cannot quit NOW. And I have no intention of stopping until I reach my goal!

Go for it. If 175+ extra points in a week's time can be a slight blip (if that much) on my record, then a Sticky Fingers orgy might blow you out of the P-word.

Good luck ... and we know you aren't going to give up.

When think of losing fat we do get dieting first in our mind. We can get our weight reduced by following a proper diet. But we don’t know about it. Online Weight Loss Programs help us to find a proper plan to go for and lose weight.

I am so proud of you, not just for how you handle the successes, which have been MAJOR, but also for how you these minor setbacks as well--with determination! So, how was Saturday?

Hi Jen -- Saturday was great. Instead of Sticky Fingers, I had a light lunch and planned to have a big dinner.

So I ordered from a local BBQ place -- the "regular" plate (which is supposed to be 5-7 oz of chopped pork), and for my sides I picked corn on the cob and their sweet potato crunch (a SP casserole with a topping that is OMG good).

I put back half of the pork. I took one look and thought, "I can NEVER eat that much in one sitting!" I ate the corn and I devoured the SPCrunch .... and oOgh! did I feel stuffed (but SOOOO delicious!) And when I checked this morning, the scales had moved a little.

We shall see come Thursday.... keep your fingers crossed!!!
